The biggest humanitarian crisis the world has seen in recent times – the war between Gaza and Israel. Although this conflict is a political one, who are the real victims?
Humans.
Children.
Mothers.
The defenseless.
A wounded humanity, an undeveloped humanity
Children went to school that day… Today they are on the death list.
Women who sat in their homes to cook that day… Today they are fighting for their lives on hospital floors.
This is not just a fight.
This is a spectacle that destroys human lives.
Voices screaming on social media
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube – everywhere we see children, crying people, ruined houses, tearful eyes.
We ask ourselves, “When will this end?”
If we want it to end, we must first become human.
Religion, nation, politics should be put aside and a life should be valued.
No one won – no one will win
No one won in this war.
A nation may have gained land.
An organization may have gained power.
But someone has lost their mother. Someone their father. Someone their child.
Even the victory of a country cannot compensate for those losses.
Humanity is the real weapon
Only through humanity can true peace come.
Even in inevitable wars, lives should be valued.
One person's tears should become a feeling for another.
Conclusion:
War will end one day. But its pressures, sufferings, and memories still hurt years later.
If we want to reduce that pain, we must live with humanity today.
Peace is not a political solution – it is human conscience.
